Hello to all...We are thrilled to see the excitement building about the
Monday shows...now if I can just store up some energy for a looonngg day!
Here's a bit of a problem that we are having right now over the
November Holiday shows. QVC doesn't want to give the Boyds shows air time every week
for 4 weeks like we have done in the past...they want to have us do two 2 hour shows
back-to-back on Nov. 1st and 2nd and then the same again on Dec. 1st and 2nd.
The
weekday shows would probably be daytime when most folks are at work, and we think
that this would make it very hard for collectors to spread out their purchases the
way they have in the past.
If our conversations don't go well, we could end up with
only two shows this year and would loose that whole holiday series feeling.
What do you guys think? If QVC's suggestion is ok...please let us know.
If you want us to do one two hour show per week, evening hours, for four weeks,
don't just let us know...let QVC know too. You probably have more influence than we
do right about now...and we're just trying to do what our collectors want. What do
