Did you hear the mooos? Ooops, news? The world's largest public art display is heading to Boyds Bear Country™!
CowParade Harrisburg 2004 - organized by Whitaker Center CEO and President Byron Quann, co-hosted by Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell and Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed, and banner-sponsored by Boyds - will feature 100 or more original creations by top regional artists. Each full-size fiberglass cow sculpture - sponsored by a Central Pennsylvania organization - will be artfully designed and painted by a local artist, whether fine art painter, graphic designer, sculptor, potter, or children's book illustrator.
